1.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

1.2 One Person, One Account

Each user may hold only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses or winnings earned will be voided.

1.3 Keeping Registration Details Accurate

All information provided when creating an account — name, phone number, email, payment account — must be completely truthful and accurate. Registering with false information will result in account cancellation.

Your username and password are entirely your personal responsibility. This information should not be shared with anyone. If unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify the a77s support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

a77s offers new members a 150% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Terms

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳37,500 in bets before withdrawing.

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement — see the detailed bonus terms.
• If the requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be voided.

4.3 Other Promotions

a77s may from time to time offer reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. Each promotion will have its own applicable terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated alongside the promotion. Failure to meet promotion terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the outcome of the ongoing round will be determined according to the server log.

• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. a77s reserves the right to change the criteria for determining VIP tiers. VIP cashback will be added directly to the gaming account and its own terms of use will apply.

10.1 Closure by the User

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. An opportunity will be given to withdraw all valid balances before the request is processed. A request to reopen the account may be made after closure.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by a77s

a77s may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is detected.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If false identity or documents are used.
• If an attempt is made to harm the platform's security or other members.
• If the user is confirmed to be a minor.

Valid balances in a legitimately suspended account will be returned once the investigation is complete.
